Just a quick note to let you know that the LAUNCH PARTY for THE NEW PROFESSIONAL: ISSUE THREE will take place on TUESDAY, MAY 15 at THE BLACK CAT (1811 14th Street, NW).
TRAY CHANEY (aka "POOT" from the HBO series, THE WIRE) will perform live.
DOORS at 8:00, MUSIC at 9:00, $12.00 cover (which includes a FREE digital download of ISSUE THREE).

TNP ISSUE THREE COMING SOON
Hi all,
It's been a while, but we're alive, and well, and we're thrilled to report that The New Professional: ISSUE THREE will be released as a digital-only E-Magazine in April/May 2012. We have some amazing features, including interviews with author A.M. Homes (The Safety of Objects, The Mistress's Daughter, and The End of Alice, among others), actor Tray Chaney (from HBO's The Wire), musician John Vanderslice, and the band Future People.
We'll keep you posted with details, etc.
